I had to turn this video off half way through 😢 I work with older people in finance and seeing stuff like this makes me so angry
My mom almost fell for one of these scammers, they had the same number as the Amazon Support line but one thing was weird they asked me to download a screen access app. So I immediately hung up. Luckily my mom was busy and gave me the phone to talk the person. Heres a tip, If they have broken english, asks to download an app or program, or asks to share your screen with them and login to your account, hang up immediately.

My grandma got hit with one of these scams but luckily, my dad's job where he's a CEO is a computer managing company and she got the money back and everything was ok. I feel bad for the people who weren't so lucky.
